Check the discharge pressure of the fuel pump



The fuel pressure at the outlet of the fuel pump is not regulated. When the pressure drops below normal pump must be replaced.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from the pump 4 (see. Fig. Elements of the power supply system) hose 16.
2. Connect the hose to the pump 4 by controlling the pressure gauge. To the output of the pressure gauge to connect a hose 16.
3. Start the engine and check the pressure on the pressure gauge. It should be for the engines working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l 0.35-0.4 kg / cm 2, engine displacement of 1.6 liters and 1.8 0.2-0.25 kgf / cm 2 at 4000 min -1.
