Removing and installing fuel tank



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. The pump to pump fuel from the tank, as have no fuel tank drain plug.
3. Disconnect from the fuel level sensor 16 terminal block with wires and pipes 14 and 17 (see. Subsection 3.1.7).
4. Raise the jack back of the car and establish on supports, remove the rear right wheel.
5. Loosen the screws securing the inlet pipe 5.
6. Place the jack under the fuel tank. Between jack and tank lay a wooden lining.
7. Remove bolts securing the fuel tank 3.
8. Ram lowered down the fuel tank and pull it out from under the car.
9. Place the fuel tank in the reverse order. 3 bolts securing fuel tank tighten to 25 Nm (2.5 kgf ?� m), and 5 bolts securing the filler pipe - 10 N ?� m (1.0 kgf ?� m).
10. If you need to remove the expansion tank 22, it is necessary to turn away bolts of its fastening and remove it from the wheel well.
