Removal and installation of a silencer



Location prints on the exhaust pipe

1, 3 - fingerprints for installing a clip;

2 - prints places cutting tailpipe;

4 - clip

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on supports.
2. Place disconnecting pipes shown fingerprints on the exhaust pipe. Average mark indicating the place of cutting the exhaust pipe. Ultra prints are for orientation setting a clip.
3. In this spot, cut the pipe exhaust system.
4. Release silencer from rubber mountings and remove it from under the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the exhaust system rubber mounting.
2. To connect the pipes of the exhaust system used spare parts - clip. The clamps can not be reused. Install the retaining clip on the place of the exhaust pipes so that the ends of a clip is located near the extreme imprints on the exhaust pipes.
3. Perform the alignment of the exhaust system.
4. Tighten the clamp bracket 40 Nm.
