The radiator and radiator fan



The front of the vehicle when removing the radiator


1 - bolts of the front frame;
2 - a bolt (do not remove completely);
3 - bolts of the radiator;
4 - bolts capacitor

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. With the ignition off, remove the wire of weight from the battery.
2. Remove the front buffer.
3. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
4. Disconnect the pipes from the radiator cooling system.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the sensor and the radiator fan.
6. Unscrew the bolts (1) securing the front frame on both sides of the car.
7. Loosen, but do not completely unscrew the screws (2) located above the headlights.
8. Turn in the service position the upper front cross member.
Cars with air conditioning
9. Do not cooling circuit disconnects the air conditioning system.
10. Remove the screws that secure the condenser to the front frame. Without disconnecting from the condenser pipes, move it to the side and secure in this position.
All cars
11. Remove the four screws on the heat sink and remove the heat sink to the bottom of the engine compartment.
