Flywheel
Removing the flywheel is performed in the following order: - Remove the gearbox and clutch;

- Secure the flywheel 9 (see. Fig. 3.52) by turning the setting latch on the flywheel; - Put labels on the flywheel 9 and the crankshaft 1 to follow the correct installation of the flywheel; - Remove the bolts securing the flywheel 10 and remove the flywheel. Fault detection involves checking flywheel ring gear for wear or damage to the teeth, the clutch bearing surface wear. Flywheel is performed in the following order: - Clean the mating surface of the flywheel and crankshaft; - Install the flywheel on the crankshaft pins according to earlier put labels; - Screw the new flywheel bolts; - Fix a flywheel from turning by setting latch on flywheel; - Tighten the flywheel bolts to 70 N ?� m alternately crosswise, then tighten them an angle of 90 ?�; - Set the clutch and transmission.
A WARNING When installing the flywheel is recommended to use new bolts. |
