Water pump



Removing the water pump is performed in the following order:
- Drain the cooling liquid;
- Disconnect the exhaust manifold from a reception exhaust pipe;
- Disconnect the hose from the cylinder head;
- Remove the air filter;
- Remove the air flow meter;

- Loosen the accessory drive belt by screwing the bolt into the hole M8 tensioner (Fig. 3.59);
- Remove the accessory drive belt;
- Hang out the engine with a lifting device and remove the bolts and nuts of his legs;
- Lift the engine assembly with the gearbox so that will have access to the water pump;

- Unscrew bolts 1 (fig. 3.60) fixing the water pump pulley and remove the pulley 2;
- Unscrew the screws 3 fastening of the water pump and remove the water pump 4.
Installing the water pump is performed in reverse order of removal. At the same time, set his body on the new O-ring 5. After installation, adjust the tension accessory drive belt.
