Pump cooling system
Removing and installing coolant pump in the following order: - Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery; - Drain the cooling system; - Remove the generator and drive belt; - Remove the power steering pump;

- Unscrew the pulley 3 (Fig. 4.7) from the flange drive the coolant pump and remove a pulley; - Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the fittings coolant pump; - Unscrew the nut and remove the special screw 4 that secures the bottom cover of the drive to the pump of the cooling system; - Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the pump 4 of the cooling system; - Remove the coolant pump from the cylinder block and remove the sealing ring of round section 6; - Unscrew the screws and remove the coolant pump from the body; - Remove the gasket; - In the event of pump failure, replace it entirely; - Clean the mating surface of the pump housing and cooling system; - Installation remove components made in sequence, return to removal.
