Thermal injection system

Rapolozhenie thermostat fuel injection system:

PB engines and PF - the thermostat is installed on the outer socket connection pipe cooling system, the side of the cylinder head. Electric plug in blue;

2E engines - is mounted on the inner socket of the connecting pipe of the coolant. Electric plug in blue;

RP engines - sensor preheating the intake manifold is mounted on the outer tube fitting connector coolant side of the cylinder head. Electric plug red sensor. Thermostat mounted on the inner socket connector piece coolant side of the cylinder head. Electric sensor plug blue;

Engines KR - choke valve is set to a cold start;

9 And the engines - mounted on the choke valve of cold start.

Removing and installing thermostat fuel injection system in the following order:

- Drain the coolant from the cooling system;

- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;

- Disconnect the electric plug from the sensor;

- Remove the retainer clip and remove the thermostat;

- Remove the O-ring.

Removing and installing coolant pipe connection in the following order:

- Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor;

- Disconnect the coolant hoses from the connecting pipe;

- Unscrew and remove the connecting pipe. Sealing duct connection with the cylinder head made O-ring.

Installation Removal of elements made in sequence, return to removal.
