Location of electrical connectors on the rear of the instrument cluster


1 - 34-pin electric socket green
2 - 20-pin electrical connector red (only installed on the 3rd embodiment)
3 - a control lamp beam of 1.12 W,
4 - indicator lamp exhaust 1.12 W
5 - indicator lamp turns operation of the trailer 1.12 W
6 - 32-pin electrical connector blue

Removing

Removing the lower side finishing with the driver's side

1 - plug,
2 - the screw,
3 - screw
4 - lateral trim

Removing the bottom panel of furnish of the panel of devices from outside the driver

1 - side cover,
2 - lower trim panel,
3 - the switch of light,
4 - Leveling headlights

The arrows mark the location of the screws bottom panel finishes.

Removing the decorative facing a combination of devices

A warning

The instrument cluster can only be replaced by an incandescent bulbs. Failure of one of the pointers or the presence of any other defect of the instrument cluster assembly must be replaced.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the steering column switch.
2. Remove the lower side trim from the driver, then remove the plug for closing the mounting screws and remove the screws, see. Fig. Removing the lower side trim on the driver side. Move forward and remove the lower side trim of the driver.
3. Remove the bottom furnish of the panel of devices from outside the driver. Remove the side trim from the left end of the dashboard.
4. Remove the screws (arrows) securing the bottom panel of furnish of the panel of devices from outside the driver. See fig. Removal of the bottom panel of furnish of the panel of devices from outside the driver.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlight switch and corrector of light of headlights.
6. Lift the inside of the decorative trim (1) and using the hard clip (2) and secure it in this position. See fig. Removal of a decorative facing under the dash.
7. Remove the 4 screws and remove decorative trim, see. Fig. Removing the decorative facing a combination of instruments.
8. At the bottom of the dash panel, unscrew the two screws and remove the instrument cluster, see. Fig. Arrangement of screws fixing the instrument cluster.
9. Disconnect from the back of the dash panel electrical connectors, see. Fig. Location of electrical connectors on the rear of the instrument cluster.
10. If necessary, replace the bulb.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. If you are installing a new instrument cluster and correct readings Service-indicator and odometer.
