The trunk lid



Fasteners lid

1 - the tailgate,
2 - the tailgate trim,
3 - buffer,
4 - a nut, 25 Nm
5 - the hinge lid,
6 - a bolt, 20 Nm
7 - the rubber buffer,
8 - air support,
9 - lock plate,
10 - a nut 7 Nm
11 - electricity,

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the tailgate trim.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors in the trunk lid.
3. Adhere to the wiring thin long cord and remove the electrically-ku of the trunk lid. Untie the cord and leave it in the trunk lid. In the future, it needs to tighten the cable wiring in the trunk lid.
4. Using a marker or pencil, mark the location of the hinge joints on the trunk lid.
5. Ask the assistant to support the trunk lid in the open position and remove the air fence lid.
6. Remove the mounting hinges on the tailgate and remove the cover from the trunk of the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the trunk lid on the car and in accordance with the previously made marks screw to the trunk lid hinges.
2. Check and adjust the hinges using the gap between the tailgate and the other elements of the body. Tighten the nuts of hinges for the trunk lid to 20 Nm.
3. Fasten harness to the cord and the cord retract the wiring in the trunk lid. Untie the cord and connect the electrical connector to the trunk lid.
4. Secure the pneumatic emphasis on the trunk lid.
5. Water jet, check for leaks trunk:
- A man with a flashlight must be within the boot,
- The second person must direct the jet of water on the trunk.
6. In the event of leakage the trunk should be using the hinges and the lock plate slightly lower trunk lid.
7. If the boot seal is cracked, replace it.
8. To protect the seal put on a thin layer of special funds.
9. Refit the lid.
10. When driving a car, check whether there are fluctuations in the trunk lid.
