Bracket door



Location of electrical connectors in the front door


Location lock bolts and the front door lock cylinder

1 - the bolt of the lock cylinder,
2 - lock bolts,
3 - centering bolt door lock,
4 - a protective cap

On the door bracket mounted door lock, power windows and a speaker.

If necessary, replace the window must be replaced with the bracket.

Bracket door can be removed only when the glass door is not fixed into place window. To do this, dip the glass doors to the level of technological holes in the bracket and release it.

Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the trim front door.
2. Remove the front door lock cylinder.
3. Remove the caps from the technological arm of the front door.
4. Lower the glass door so as to allow access to the screws fastening the glass. Loosen the screws (2) (see. Fig. Front door with door trim removed) and the release clamps that secure the glass door.
5. Move the glass door all the way up and, using adhesive tape, fix it in this position.
6. Disconnect all the electrical connectors in the front door. See Fig. Arrangement of electric sockets in the front door).
7. At the end of the front door, unscrew the two screws holding the door lock. See Fig. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the lock cylinder and the front door lock.
8. Remove the screws that secure the bracket to the front door (see. Fig. Front door with door trim removed).
9. Separate the top part of the bracket from the door, and then lift the bracket and moving it to the door hinge, remove the door.
10. Turn the bracket and disconnect the electrical connector from the door lock.
11. On the back side of the bracket release clamps that secure the electrical wires.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In the sequence, return to removal, install the bracket in the front door.
2. Screw the mounting bracket bolts and tighten to 8 Nm in the sequence shown in fig. Sequence of a tightening screw the bracket door.
3. Remove the tape holding the glass door in the top position and move the window back to the track and secure it into place and tighten the screw (B) (see. Fig. Sequence of a tightening screw the bracket door) to 10 Nm.
4. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
