Interior finish doors



Location of electrical connectors on the inside of the door handle

1 - lock connector

Removing the thrust of the internal handle of opening doors

This section describes the removal of interior trim driver's door. Interior finish rear door removed in the same way as the front.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off the ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Insert a thin blade screwdriver between the cap handles and recessed handle and move the handle to the door trim. Use a screwdriver with a very thin blade, in order not to damage the plastic trim handles and door handle.
3. Using a screwdriver inserted under the edge of the recessed handle, remove the handle from the recess of the inside door trim. Do not remove the inside door handle of the recess, as it is under the dam interior door trim.
4. Pull the locking electrical connector from the connector and disconnect the electrical connector from the inside door handle. See Fig. Location of electrical connectors on the inside door handle.
5. Through the hole after removing the door handle, remove the three screws.
6. Remove the screws holding the lower part of the inner door trim.
7. Unscrew and remove the door lock button.
8. Using a special tool VW-3392 or self-made ny instrument in the form of a flat fork, separate the door trim of the door.
9. Lift the door trim upwards to release the upper part of the door trim of the window opening.
10. By moving the rod back door opening, pull it out of the guide and remove the internal handle of opening of the door. See Fig. Removing the thrust of the internal handle of opening the door.
11. Remove the door trim.
12. Remove the lower door trim inner seal glass and set it in the opening window.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing the door trim, check the condition of clamps upholstery and, if necessary, replace damaged clips. Install latches in the hole in the door trim.
2. Install the door trim is made in sequence, return to removal.
3. Connect the ground cable to the battery.
