The front seats



Fasteners Front seat

1 - inner rail seating
2 - external seat rails,
3 - bolts seats,
A, B - the sequence of removing decorative trim on the inside of the guide seat,

Withdrawal

When removing the front seat must use a special adapter VAS-5601 for airbags.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off the ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Move the front seat all the way forward.
3. Remove the inner rail trim front seats, which lift up the back of the pad (arrow A) and moving back pad (arrow B), remove it from the rail. See fig. Elements of fastening of the front seat.
4. Remove the trim from the outer rail of the front seats, which lift the front of the pad (arrow C) and moving it back (arrow D), remove it from the rail. See fig. Elements of fastening of the front seat.
5. Move the front seat all the way back.
6. Remove the screws (3) securing the front seat, see. Fig. Elements of fastening of the front seat.
7. Move the back, release the front seat of the guide and remove it from the car.

A warning

Before disconnecting the electrical connector system airbag STI front seat, remove the body of static electricity, which briefly touch hands to the body.


8. Disconnect the electrical connectors ignition charge airbags and ground connections.
9. Connect the electrical connector (2) VAS-5061 adapter to the electrical connector (5). See Fig. Arrangement of electric sockets in the front seat with an airbag.
10. Connect the ignition wire charge the airbag unit airbag c an electrical connector (1 - connection with weight) adapter airbag system.
11. Disconnect electric sockets heating and adjusting the position of the front seats.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. Tighten the front seat 25 Nm.
3. Connect the ground cable to the battery.
4. If the warning light after installing airbags front seat lights, that indicates the presence of a fault, it is necessary to address in a specialized workshop for a call from the memory unit recorded in her fault.
