Faults clutch

As mentioned above, the clutch can cause a skid and the car jerks (transmission to the driving wheels is not uniform). The reasons for this fault may be several:
- Faulty suspension engine or a transmission or bolts are tightened enough. This means that when the power unit starts to vibrate;
- Cover plate on the master disk was burned or lost its elasticity, so the uniform transmission of the friction force between the clutch and the flywheel is not possible. For example, when towing another vehicle over a considerable distance it can occur unnoticed;
- Deformation occurred due to overheating Clutch pressure plate - friction surface is no longer completely flat.
In such cases it is necessary to dismantle the clutch and drive plate to determine the cause of the fault.
If the clutch is out of order during the movement, the trip can be extended at least to the nearest car repair shop. Perhaps even succeed at some degree of ability to shift gears with the lowest to the highest and vice versa. When refusing the clutch while driving in gear relieve "gas" and move the shift lever to "neutral". If the transmission seizes, it is possible to slightly depress the accelerator pedal to release the shift lever.
To pull away without a clutch, you must do the following:
- Stop the engine and engage first gear;
- The starter - the car starts to move in spurts, until the engine speed does not increase. If the engine is cold, it is first necessary to allow it to warm so that it is not immediately stopped. If you drive on a flat road in second gear, then this way you can reach the nearest service station;
- If you will switch from low gear to a higher, then, as described, it is necessary to start moving the first gear and to increase the engine speed about 1000 min-1.
Few reset "gas" and move the shift lever to the idle position. Fully release the accelerator pedal and press the gear shift lever in the direction of the second transmission. With the same engine speed and transmission gear engaged. If the switch is too slow, it is necessary to once again lightly press the "gas" that might include the transmission. Switching from a lower to a higher transmission performed only at low speeds, for example, moving into second gear at a speed of about 20 km / h, the third - at about 25 km / h, and the fourth - at about 35 km / h. One can hardly assume that a desire to switch to fifth gear;
- Switching to a lower gear is necessary to increase the engine speed to be able to play the next gear. Few reset "gas", to bring the transmission gearing and lightly depress the accelerator pedal. At the same time the shift lever is moved to a position adjacent, lower transmission. When the "right" motor speed gear engages without delay. Also, when switching to a lower level of transmission speed of movement should be suitably slow to keep switching control. If the gear shift takes place with a screech, then the number of turns necessary to add or subtract. By synchronizing switch when a skill becomes a simple operation and should not cause difficulties.
