Clutch
Ball bearing clutch is used for switching on and off the clutch, it can not be washed in a solvent (not to wash the grease).

To replace the clutch, remove the gearbox. You can also remove the shaft clutch fork, if necessary. This allows for the replacement of the bearing bushes for shaft clutch fork. Since the replacement of the two plugs associated with the presence of some strippers, it is better to dismantle the transmission and send it to the car repair shop. Fig. 148 shows details of components from a cable adjustment mechanism. To remove the bearing, should be put out of the shaft by pressing the clutch fork clamps release bearing and remove the bearing. When installing all bearings and contact surfaces of the clutch mechanism lubricated with graphite grease. Be sure to provide the correct seating springy clips before you begin the installation of the gearbox.

Prolonged use of the car, it may happen that the sleeve bearings support the pedal will be worn. To replace the need to dismantle the brake pedal or clutch pedal. These work either related work can be carried out using as a basis Figs. 140: - Before removing the bearing bracket 1 pedal, the steering column must be removed; - 3 mounting plate clutch cable is attached by a bolt 2; - Rubber sealing sleeve 5 is inserted firmly into the front wall of the engine compartment; - When installing fixing unit 7, insert the rubber guide element in the corresponding receiving opening; - Tighten the bolt 9 of 25 Nm; - To grease lubricated sleeve bearing graphite for the clutch pedal before installing plastic. When removing the clutch pedal, proceed as follows: - Remove the clutch cable as described above;

- Unscrew the nut 1 (Fig. 149) from the shaft end bearing 2 and remove the pedal located underneath the nut. Carefully remove the bearing shaft 2, holding the clutch pedal and brake pedal.
A warning It is forbidden to press the brake pedal, as after the dismantling of the shaft bearing, it is not fixed. |
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. The nut 13 (see. Fig. 140) is tightened to 25 Nm. The mounting bush 15 is used for fixing the steering column, it is inserted into the sleeve 16. The arcuate support 20 holds the clutch cable and fastened to the bottom side of the battery holder.
