Check Control



To check, perform the following steps:
- Disconnect the connector from the injector nozzle and the plug of the air heater (avoid the fuel supply)
Check the ignition control circuit transformer

- Connect the LED probe between terminals 2 (Fig. 128) and 3 plug ignition transformer circuits;
- Press the starter (without touching the wires in the ignition transformer circuits);
- The LED should blink. If not, faulty Hall sensor can be related to the ignition distributor, or system control unit;
- Again, disconnect the tester and insert the plug into the connector (disconnecting the ignition);
- To further narrow the search Probable cause, you can check the LED probe terminals "1" and "15" indicated in Fig. 126. When the starter LED should blink. Otherwise, replace the ignition coil with a powerful output stage;

- Unplug again inserted into the appropriate connectors.

Note
If the above checks do not lead to success, the car should send the workshop, as there may be other faults affecting the ignition system.
