Repair of the distributor of ignition

Repair of the distributor is possible only in the workshop, in most cases they must be replaced. When repairs must comply with the following guidelines:

- Is under the distributor o-ring must be replaced if it is damaged;

- The replacement of the rotor distributor not to forget the dust cover;

- Before replacing the coupling 9 (see. Fig. 129), the drive is necessary to clear a cylindrical locking pin 8, then you can replace the clutch actuator 9. But first it is necessary to note the position of the sleeve on the shaft 1. When removing the shaft 1 of the distributor should pay attention to the fact that under it are washers 4 and 5. Their installation is made the same way.
