Replacing the rubber strip brushes and replacement of the wiper blade

As a rule, the life of the wiper blade rubber strip about 6 months of operation, after which the quality of windshield cleaning deteriorating and need to install the new wiper blade rubber band or a new brush. Replacing the wiper blade rubber strip

Replace the rubber band performed as follows:

- Remove the wiper blade and take with you to the store of spare parts for cars to choose by comparing exactly the rubber band that you need;

- Before removing the old rubber band, remember, have been connected to the elements of the wiper blade;

- Carefully bend the mounting languages that keep the rubber band on the brush. Both inserted metal band should be moved to a new rubber band;

- Carefully slide the new rubber band. Note the bend shape;

- After installing a new rubber band on the brush gently with pliers clamp mounting languages.

Replacing the wiper blades

This operation takes less time than replacing the rubber tapes of brushes, brush themselves but are more expensive to collect. When buying new brushes sure to bring the old wiper blade.

Replace wiper blades spend in the following order:

- Pull the lever with the brush from the windscreen and place it on the windshield of some thick, soft material, where the brush is replaceable;

- Push the small plastic holder lever, located at the junction of the brush and the brush arm. Remove the wiper blade from the arm;

- Put on the new brush on the lever of the brush so that the holder clicks;

- Carefully place the wiper blade on the glass, taking off before it laid on the glass material.
