Replacing wiper motor-reducer
Faulty geared motor is recommended to replace a new one. Because of repair work on the geared motors is allowed only replacement pinion gear, cleaning and adjustment of the collector limit switch. In order to get to the mounting of the wiper linkage is required to remove a few details. Removing the gear motor performed as follows: - Turn the ignition switch on the wipers and bring the brush all the way down (which they usually are, if the wiper is not working). Then turn off the ignition; - Remove both levers wiper;

- Unscrew the plastic screws (fig. 347) mounting, gently pry up both sides of the grille and remove the grille;

- Remove the three screws (fig. 348) fixing the casing air supply and remove the cover towards the front; - After removal of the casing air supply will have access to a trapezoid gearmotor. Disconnect the gearmotor from the plug connector; - Using a screwdriver, remove the right arm; - Remove the bolts using a 13 mm head and remove them. Remove with a key "32 mm" large nut and lift the wiper arm system with gear motor; - Remove the geared motor wiper system of levers: - Remove the ball head first with the left arm, and then average the lever;

- Lock the crank arm, wearing one of the bolt head and putting the lever on the extension. Remove the nut 2 (Fig. 349); - Remove the crank lever 1, shaking it from side to side; - Unscrew the fixing gear motor and remove it. Installation of the gearmotor spend in the reverse order of removal following these guidelines: - Tighten the nut the crank arm torque 26 Nm, and a nut shell the air supply to 6 N ?· m; - Put on the ball heads a small amount of grease.
