Grinding valve seats

With impeccably treated valve seat rings and new valves lapping valve seats in the cylinder head is not required.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The valves are only allowed to grind fine grinding paste. To rotate the valve on the valve plate set rubber suction cup. In order to avoid scratches on the surface of the saddle is necessary to grind uniform rotation with frequent valve lift.

A warning

After grinding thoroughly remove sanding paste.

2. The quality is checked by lapping the contact patch and fuel: set freely valves, fill the fuel into the combustion chamber. Fuel should not leak through the valve guide. Otherwise, continue grinding.
