Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the wheel bolts. The machine is on wheels.
2. Mark the position of the disc relative to the hub wheel paint, then set to balance the wheel to its original position.
3. Set the machine on the box (jack), remove the wheels.

A warning

If the brake pads will be established again before removal should mark. Brake pad replacement from outside to inside and vice versa, as well as the right wheel to the left is invalid. Substitution may lead to an incorrect braking effect. It is recommended to apply the brake pads are allowed only for the machine. Replace simultaneously all brake pads of disc brakes, even if only one of them only reached its wear.

4. Insert a screwdriver under the lock spring (arrow) and remove it from the locking finger pad.
5. Drive out the locking pins with a hammer and a conventional punch (a), a commercially available, for example, HAZET 748 Lgb-4.
6. Remove the brake pads pliers, a screwdriver or a removable hook.

Setting

A warning

When removing the brake pads squeeze the brake pedal, otherwise the plunger will be forced out of the cylinder housing. If, by chance, the piston is still squeezed, install it again, with the hydraulic system must not be dirty. Then, let the air out of the brake system.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean with a soft wire brush guide surface and the installation pad in the mine casing, or wipe with a cloth soaked in gasoline. Do not use solvent-containing mineral oil, and sharp tools.
2. Before installing the pad, check the brake disc with your fingers on the absence of furrows. Furrows can be sanded (at the station), even if the drives have sufficient thickness. Sand should immediately both rotors, paying attention to the adequate supply of thickness for wear. If it is notified one brake disk, the second and should also be adjusted in a similar manner.
3. Measure the thickness of the brake discs (see. Subsection 7.5).
4. Check for cuts on dust caps to replace damaged, because dirt gets quickly lead to seal failure of the brake mechanism (seat), after which the brake will require removal and repair.
5. Push the plunger in place zapressovochnym device. You can also make and handle a hammer hardwood. Particular attention is paid to the fact that was not skewed piston and not damaged surface of the piston and the dust cap. Set on the other side of the old brake disc brake linings to the indentation of the piston does not skew the brake disc.

A warning

When pressing the piston of the master cylinder in a broad tank the brake liquid is squeezed out. Watch the liquid in the tank, if necessary suck excess rubber bulb.

6. To apply the suction tank to release air or a plastic bottle with a tip that is in contact only with brake fluid. Do not use drinking bottle! Brake fluid is poisonous and in any case should not be absorbed by mouth through a hose. Use a rubber bulb. After replacing the brake pads mark "Max" in the expansion tank should not be exceeded, since the liquid expands when heated. Leaking brake fluid flow down and hits the brake master cylinder, and damage the paint will cause corrosion.

A warning

When a large loss of brake fluid, check the ease of movement of the piston. The piston should be pressed easily. If necessary, repeat the test: squeeze the plunger slowly pressing on the brake pedal, (assistant) and then push the handle of a hammer. To check, you must install another brake. Pay attention to piston is out until the end. In severe stroke of the piston, to repair the brake (saddle).

7. Set both the brake pads into the brake support. Set pad locking pins and drive them to the stop. Rusted and bent fingers replaced.

A warning

When installing make sure that the spring brake pad located under the two locking pins.

8. Install retaining spring locking pins.
9. Screw the wheel, paying attention to the coincidence of markings disc and hub. To remove the car from the stands and tighten the wheel bolts crosswise torque of 160 Nm.

A warning

Squeeze the brake pedal in place strongly and repeatedly until a tangible resistance. This is carried out centering the brake pads, which take place corresponding to their working position.

10. Check the brake fluid in the expansion tank, if necessary, top up to the mark "MAX".
11. New brake pads to earn extra caution. To do this several times to slow down the car with about 80 km / h to 40 km / h with little effort on the brake pedal, allowing the brakes to cool between starts.

A warning

Earlier than 200 km can not, without the need to make rapid and complete inhibition.
