Block heater



1 - a cover of a radiator heater;
2 - a heater radiator;
3 - air mixing flap;
4 - Clip;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect from a radiator heater hoses and coolant return.
4. Discharge the air conditioning system.
5. Disconnect suction tube and pipe for the liquid refrigerant from the evaporator.
6. Remove the steering wheel and the multifunction switch.
7. Remove the front and back of the console.
8. Remove the lower trim panel on the left side of the instrument panel.
9. Remove the block of management of heating and ventilation.
10. Remove the block of management of heating and ventilation.
11. Remove the glovebox.
12. Remove the four screws and remove the front passenger airbag.
13. Disconnect the cable from the power connector from the heating and thermostatic switch on the unit evaporator.
14. Remove the instrument panel.
15. Remove the nuts of the evaporator.
16. Remove the evaporator.
17. Remove the nuts and remove the cross.
18. Remove the three screws on the heater.
19. Remove the block heater.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
2. After installing the heater unit and check the smooth movement of the work dampers.
