The evacuation of air from the air conditioning system

If the refrigerant circuit was opened and it was in the air, it must be pumped out using a vacuum pump. If the system has been opened for a few days, it is necessary to replace the receiver / dryer.

Start the pump and open both valves. Leave the pump running for 15 minutes, then close the valve and turn off the pump. Low pressure gauge should show more than 700 mm Hg and this pressure must be kept closed valves.
A warning

If low blood pressure reaches 700 mm Hg for 15 minutes, in refrigerant circuit is leaking.

If a leak in the air conditioning system is not available, open the valve and keep pumping for a further 15 minutes, then close both valves and stop the pump.
