The fan and the condenser



1 - a tank capacitor;
2 - condenser fan;
3 - the bolt of the condenser fan;
4 - capacitor.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Discharge the air conditioning system.
2. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
3. Remove the two screws securing the upper clamp of the radiator and air intake pipe.
4. Remove the two clamps and the inlet pipe.
5. Disconnect the radiator inlet and outlet hoses.
6. Disconnect hoses from the oil cooler gearbox.
7. Disconnect from the radiator fan and condenser fan.
8. Remove the complete radiator and condenser.
9. Disconnect from the condenser outlet pipe and a coolant tube.

A warning

After separation of the air conditioning system components immediately close the connection corresponding caps to eliminate moisture from the air into the system.
Be careful not to damage the exhaust pipe and a coolant tube.
Be careful not to damage the capacitor plates.


10. Remove the two screws on the condenser.
11. Remove the condenser.

Check condenser fan

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the operation of the condenser fan.
2. Check the electrical wiring harness connector.
3. The fan motor is rotated at a supply voltage of 12 V on the connector pins of the fan motor.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
2. If replacement of the condenser, add 25 cm to the compressor 3 oil.
3. Pump, recharge and check air-conditioning system.

Checking capacitor car

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the capacitor plates to clogging and damage. If the plates are clogged, wash them with clean water and blow compressed air. If the bent plate, align them with pliers and a screwdriver.
2. Check the space connecting the condenser leak.
