Bushing clutch pulley and the air conditioning compressor

Strength and conditioning compressor pulley

1 - spacer;
2 - a pulley and bearing;
3 - excitation coil;
4 - a socket of the electromagnetic clutch;
5 - O-ring;
6 - assembly of pipelines;
7 - a bolt, 16,3-26,6 N ??? m;
8 - plate;

9 - air conditioning compressor;
10 - shaft seal;
11 - a sealing ring;
12 - seal;
13 - a lock ring;
14 - and the drive sleeve;
15 - a bolt, 10,2-15,3 N ??? m.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Remove the bolt sleeve coupling, with a special key 09977-34000 hold the sleeve against rotation.
	2. Remove the plug and gasket to the clutch of the compressor shaft. If the sleeve is not removed, screw the bolt into the hole on the M8 shaft sleeve and remove the bolt sleeve.
	3. Remove the retaining ring.
4. Remove the pulley and bearing compressor shaft.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean the working surface of the bearing compressor pulley and remove traces of dirt and corrosion.
	2. Install the pulley and bearing assembly on the compressor shaft.
	3. Install the retaining ring.
	4. Place one spacer spacer nominal thickness in the groove of the hub and install the plug on the compressor shaft.
	5. Install the new plug and secure it with a bolt, having tightened its demanded moment. The inhaling moment: 10,2-15,3 N ??? m
A warning Do not use pneumatic tools.
	6. Check the probe gap between the air conditioning compressor clutch hub and clutch pulley. Check the gap at three points on the perimeter of the pulley. Clearance: 0,35-0,75 mm
7. If the clearance is not correct, adjust it by setting the appropriate gasket thickness.
