Fan



1 - tube cooling fan motor;
2 - the block of resistors;
3 - an air inlet;
4 - damper shaft inlet;
5 - the top of the fan housing;
6 - lower the fan housing;
7 - fan wheel;
8 - fan motor;
9 - Cover the fan motor.

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the instrument panel.
2. Disconnect from the electric motor and fan unit resistors.
3. Remove the nuts and remove the evaporator unit.
4. Remove the 3 nuts (or bolts) fan bracket.
5. Remove the fan assembly.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the cooling fan motor.
2. Remove the three screws and remove the fan motor.
3. Release the clamps that secure the air intake fan to the upper body.
4. Remove the air intake.
5. An edge of a flathead screwdriver to release the six clips and separate the top and bottom of the fan housing.
6. Remove the two screws and remove the fan resistor.
7. The assembly is carried out in sequence, return dismantling.

Check the fan motor

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Additional wires submit pressure from the battery to the contacts and the fan motor connector. If fan motor rotates, then it is OK.
