Merging an air-conditioning system



Before installing, make sure the new o-ring for damage and lubricate it with oil to lubricate the compressor. Tighten bolts and nuts to torque.


The internal components of the cooling system are in chemical stability so long as a clean, without moisture, reagent and oil for lubrication. A small amount of dirt, moisture and oil can disrupt the wet chemical system stability and performance or damage the air conditioning system.

Safety measures

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before disconnecting the air conditioning system elements necessary to prepare the tools and equipment for maintenance of the system in such a way as to leave the disconnected elements of the system in the least possible time.
2. When disconnecting components of the air conditioning system to immediately close the connection corresponding caps to eliminate the ingress of moisture into the system.
3. All spare elements and pipe air-conditioning system should be stored in sealed packaging.
4. Re-bend previously molded tube.
5. All of the tools, coolant distributing reservoir, measuring instruments and tubes should be stored in a dry and clean place.
