Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant to a level below the intake manifold.
3. Remove the carburetor.
4. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.
5. Remove the vacuum hoses from the carburetor.
6. Disconnect the solenoid valve overrun.
7. Place a container under the fuel hose connections to collect the leaked fuel and disconnect the fuel hose from the carburetor nozzles.
8. Remove the screws and remove the carburetor from the engine.

Dismantling
A warning

Do not remove the choke and throttle valves.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the carburetor with an automatic choke, remove the coolant hose to the nozzle body of the carburetor.
2. Remove the thrust of the starting device with the free arm.
3. Remove the bracket from the connector.
4. Remove the starter.
5. Remove the accelerator pump rod from the throttle lever.
6. Remove the float chamber, remove the screw "B" and remove the carburetor body.
7. Remove the screws "A" and remove the cover of the float chamber to the main building.
8. To remove the cover of the float chamber, insert the blade of a flat screwdriver between the cover and the main body and acting with a screwdriver as a lever, slowly peel off the cover.

A warning

When removing the cover, do not use excessive force.

9. Remove the pin and then remove the float and needle valve.

A warning

Do not drop the float.
Be careful not to damage the needle valve.

10. flathead screwdriver as a lever, pull the slot of the needle valve.

A warning

When removing the socket of the needle valve does not damage the float chamber.

11. Remove the bracket and solenoid valve overrun.
12. Use a screwdriver with a thin blade press clamps and remove the two pins of the solenoid valve connector overrun.
13. Remove the bracket support cable of an accelerator.
14. Remove the idle jet and the main air jet.

A warning

To remove the jets use a screwdriver with a thin blade and the work carefully, so as not to damage the jets.

15. Remove the accelerator pump and check the ball and sinker.

A warning

To remove the accelerator pump, do not turn the housing with a mixing chamber. Check the weight on the ball and through the holes in the pad.

16. Separate the float chamber of the carburetor body.
17. Remove the main jets.

A warning

To remove the jets use a screwdriver with a thin blade and the work carefully, so as not to damage the jets.

18. Remove the three screws securing the valve cover enrich the fuel mixture to the body of the float chamber. Remove the cover and diaphragm spring.
19. Use a screwdriver to loosen the tube choke the engine and remove the spring and the ball.

A warning

The valve of enrichment of the fuel mixture is composed of many small parts. Do not lose them.

20. Remove the four screws that secure the accelerator pump to the cover of the float chamber. Remove the pump cover, the diaphragm spring and gasket.

A warning

Before screwing screws accelerator pump apply a thread locking them up, preventing their turning away.

21. Remove the E-shaped clip and washer from the shaft Throttle secondary chamber and remove the diaphragm spring.
22. Remove the two screws that secure the bracket to the housing of the diaphragm and remove the diaphragm carburetor throttle.
23. Remove the auxiliary accelerator pump.
24. Drill a hole diameter of 2 mm in the central hole for the screw adjustment of fuel mixture (MAS), after which the ream drill holes 3 mm in diameter. Insert a drift into the drilled hole and knock out the cork.

Assembly

The assembly is carried out in sequence, return dismantling taking into account the following.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assembly, clean all parts.
2. Check that the air and fuel channels are not clogged.
3. If you are replacing the old and new jets jet must have the same dimensions as the jets are matched at the factory for their performance.
4. Do not reuse O-rings and gaskets.

Check

Check the condition and replace or, if necessary, repair the following parts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the air and fuel jets are not clogged. If they are clogged, wash them in solvent and blow compressed air. For cleaning do not use a metal wire.
2. Check the diaphragm for damage and cracks.
3. Make sure that the needle valve moves easily. If the valve is difficult to move or gets jammed, repair or replace it.
4. Check for clogged fuel filter inlet, located above the needle valve.
5. Check the progress of the float.
6. Check the operation of the throttle and the choke linkage. If they move with difficulty, wash them and brush their axes with clean engine oil.
7. Check the cover of the float chamber and the housing of the carburettor for damage and cracks.

Check solenoid valve overrun (SCSV)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Additional wires submit the battery voltage to the pins of the solenoid valve overrun.
2. Ensure that the valve operates with a clear click.
3. An ohmmeter check that there is no conduction between the connector pins and the housing of the solenoid valve overrun.
4. By an ohmmeter measure the resistance between the connector pins of the solenoid valve overrun.

Resistance: 48-60 Ohm at 20 ? C

Backlash check ajar throttle primary chamber

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. shank measure the gap between the throttle body and the primary chamber.

Clearance: 0.93 mm

2. If the clearance is not correct, adjust it by turning the adjustment screw. To increase the clearance, turn the screw clockwise to reduce the gap - counterclockwise.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check and, if necessary, clean the mating surface of the carburetor and intake manifold.
2. Install a new carburetor gasket on the intake manifold.
3. Carefully set the carburetor to the intake manifold.
4. Gradually, in turn, tighten the screws of the carburettor, to pad was compressed uniformly. The bolts must be tightened very securely to prevent air leak between the carburetor and intake manifold.
5. Connect the accelerator cable, vacuum hoses and the fuel hose.
6. Check the connection of vacuum hoses.
7. Check that the air damper is fully opened and closed.
8. Check that the accelerator pedal is depressed the throttle is fully opened.
9. Install the air filter.

10. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.

A warning

Before the first start-up did not fill fuel in the carburetor air inlet to speed after starting the engine fuel system service. To turn the fuel injection engine crankshaft starter.

11. Check the idling speed and, if necessary, adjust it.
