Check and adjustment of the starting device

Test conditions

The coolant temperature should be 80-95 ?� C.

Lights, electric radiator fan and all electrical consumers must be switched off.

Transmission should be set to the neutral position.

For vehicles with power steering front wheels must be set to move straight ahead.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Start the engine and let it run in the engine speed to idle.
	2. Open the throttle to full speed traction until the free arm is in contact with SAS-3.
3. Close the throttle to contact SAS-2 and the free arm and at this time to check the frequency of rotation.
4. If necessary, adjust the starter by turning the screw SAS-3.
5. Disconnect the free arm, and then check that the engine speed of the engine slowly returns to idling speed.
