Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the timing belt front cover, the flywheel and the oil pan.
2. Remove the rear cover from the cylinder and the rear crankshaft sealing ring.
3. Loosen the nuts and remove covers of rods.
4. Remove the bolts and remove the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft.
5. Remove the sensor rotor crank angle.

A warning

Mark the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft in order to set them into place, and in the same position.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the neck main and connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft for wear and generation. Check the oil holes on the crankshaft clogging.
2. micrometer measure diameters of necks of the crankshaft in two diametrically opposite directions. If you have a development or oval pereshlifuyte crankshaft. Regrinding crankshaft journals is carried out only until the next repair size. If the crankshaft reground to repair size 0.50 mm, draw the heat treatment of the shaft to increase its durability.

The diameter of the main journals of the crankshaft 50 mm
The diameter of the rod 45 mm
Roundness and taper of the crankshaft journals: not more than 0.01 mm

Inserts connecting rod and main bearings

Check the connecting rod and indigenous inserts the absence of local corrosion, development and other damage. If necessary, replace the pads.

Measuring the gap of indigenous and connecting rod bearings

To measure the backlash of radical bearings and rod diameters measure the crankshaft journals and the corresponding internal diameter of the bearing. Gap - the difference between the inner diameter of the bearing and a corresponding diameter of the crankshaft journal.

Clearance crankshaft bearing: 0,028-0,045 mm
Clearance connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft: 0,024-0,042 mm

Backlash measurement main and connecting rod bearings using a calibrated plastic cores Plastigage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the indigenous and crank pins of grease and lubrication holes blow compressed air.
2. Install main bearing shells on the engine block. Install the crankshaft main bearing shells in the cylinder block. Install the remaining main bearing shells in main bearing caps of the crankshaft. Arrange pieces of plastic measuring rod Plastigage on the necks of the crankshaft bearing.
3. In accordance with the label, set the crankshaft bearing caps. In certain sequence tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings of the crankshaft. Do not turn the crankshaft when measuring the gap crankshaft bearing. Remove the bolts and remove the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft. The measuring template measure width of deformed plastic core Plastigage and define backlash size.
If the clearance exceeds the limit, pereshlifuyte crankshaft journal and use repair loose leaves of the increased size.

Oil seals

Check the front and rear oil seal rings for damage or wear and tear of working edges. If there are any defects, replace the O-ring.

The rotor angle sensor crankshaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the sensor rotor crank angle.
2. Check the rotor angle sensor crankshaft for damage, cracks and wear and replace if necessary.
3. Check the clearance between the rotor sensor crank angle sensor and the crank angle.

The gap between the rotor sensor crank angle sensor and crank angle: 0.5-1.0 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

Measure the depth of the sensor, ie, distance from the top of the teeth of the rotor angle sensor of the crankshaft to the outer side of the cover.

Calculate the difference between the length of the sensor crankshaft angle and depth of its installation.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the upper main bearing shells on the engine block. When reinstalling the inserts install them on the same places where they were before removal.
2. Before installing the crankshaft, apply a thin coat of clean engine oil to all sliding surfaces. Install the crankshaft main bearing shells in the cylinder block.
3. Install the remaining main bearing shells in main bearing caps of the crankshaft. In accordance with the marking set caps crankshaft bearing with the arrow on each cap should be directed to the crankshaft pulley. The specific sequence of 2 or 3 stages tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings of the crankshaft in the following order: the central, ?2, ?4, front and back.

Torque:
Main bearing caps: 55-60 N ??? m
Connecting rod bearing caps: 32-35 N ??? m

4. Turn a cranked shaft and check that it rotates easily and smoothly. Establish a measuring tip of a dial indicator on the front end of the crankshaft. Move along the axis of the crankshaft until it stops and install the scale of dial gauge to zero. Move along the axis of the crankshaft in the opposite direction to stop and read the values of axial clearance on the scale indicator.

Crankshaft end play: 0,050-0,175 mm

5. Lubricate the outer surface of a back sealing ring of the new engine oil. The special tool 09231-22000 establish a sealing ring to lock the back cover in the slot.
6. Install the O-ring gasket and tighten the 5 bolts. At installation grease working edges and an outer surface of the sealing ring with clean engine oil.
7. Replace the back cover and secure it with screws.
8. Install the covers of rods.
9. Replace the flywheel, the front cover, oil pan and timing belt.
