Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the bolt of a pulley of the water pump.
2. Loosen the bolt of the generator.
3. Remove the water pump pulley and the belt.
4. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
5. Remove the cover of a gear belt.
6. Move the roller tension the timing belt to the water pump and temporarily secure it in this position.
7. Remove the bolt camshaft pulley.
8. Remove the camshaft pulley.
9. Remove the timing belt.

A warning

Note the direction of rotation of the toothed belt to be reinstalled in its original position.

10. Remove the bolt of the crankshaft pulley. Remove the crankshaft pulley and sleeve.
11. Remove the roller mechanism of a tension of a gear belt.

Check

Pulleys and pulley mechanism of a tension of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the pulleys of distributive and cranked shaft, the roller tensioner and idler pulley to the absence of uneven wear, cracks or damage.
2. Check the ease and smoothness of rotation of the roller tensioner and idler pulley, and the absence of background noise during rotation.

Toothed belt
A warning

Strongly do not bend a gear belt or change its direction of rotation. Do not allow oil and lubricant to come into contact with toothed belt, as it will lead to its destruction.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the toothed belt for damage, wear, separation, cracks in the teeth and at the base of teeth, and the defects at the ends and back of the belt.
2. If you have the following defects, replace the timing belt.

Description
Defect
1. Rigid back surface of the toothed belt. The surface has a glossy look
The rigidity of the surface is such that the nail does not leave traces on the belt
2. Cracks in the back surface of the toothed belt
3. Cracks or bundle toothed belt
4. Badly worn teeth
Worn side of the tooth, thus becoming visible fiber cord and rubber base
5. Strongly worn teeth (last stage)
Worn side of the tooth, thus becoming visible scrapes and reduce the thickness of the tooth
6. Cracks in the bottom of the teeth
7. Lack of tooth
8. Heavy wear one side of the belt
9. The cracks on the side of the toothed belt

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the plug and the crankshaft pulley as shown. Pay attention to the direction of their installation

Torque: 140-150 N ??? m

2. Install the camshaft pulley and fix a bolt, having tightened its demanded moment.

Torque: 80-100 N ??? m
3. Set the guide roller and fix a bolt, having tightened its demanded moment.

Torque: 43-55 N ??? m
4. Combine adjusting labels on pulleys of distributive and cranked shaft with pointers, and the first cylinder should be set at TDC on the compression stroke.
5. When installing the timing belt tensioner in the first set tension mechanism, spring and spacer. Temporarily tighten the bolts. Then, temporarily tighten the tensioner by inserting a bolt in the elongated hole. Set the rear end of the leaf spring opposite to the front cover, as shown.
6. Secure the tensioning mechanism allotted to the water pump.
7. Install the timing belt on the crankshaft pulley.
8. Install the timing belt on the camshaft pulley, making sure that it is possible slack side tension.
9. Loosen the bolts 1 and 2 securing the tension mechanism in the sequence shown in the figure, with a spring mechanism unclench toothed belt tension.
10. Tighten bolts 1 and 2 securing the tension mechanism in the same manner.
11. Turn the clockwise crankshaft two complete revolutions and combine a label on a pulley of a gear belt of a cranked shaft with the index on the engine block. Check that the mark on the camshaft pulley is aligned with the pointer on the cylinder head cover.

A warning

Do not turn the crankshaft counterclockwise.

12. In the same manner, loosen the bolts 1 and 2 fastening mechanism of a tension of a gear belt.
13. Tighten bolts 1 and 2 securing the tension mechanism in the same manner.

Torque: 20-27 N ??? m

14. Recheck the toothed belt tension. By clicking on the stretched branch of the toothed belt 49 N force toothed belt should cave in to the center of the head bolts tightening mechanism.
15. Install the timing belt covers.

Torque: 8-10 N ??? m
16. Install the crankshaft pulley.

Torque: 140-150 N ??? m

17. Install fan drive V-ribbed belt and adjust its tension.
18. Install the water pump pulley.
19. Install the V-ribbed belt and adjust its tension.
