Intake manifold and the air chamber



1 - intake manifold;
2 - a bolt, 15-20 N ??? m;
3 - throttle device;
4 - bolt, 15-20 N ??? m;
5 - a lining;
6 - the fuel line;
7 - Air compensation chamber.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from air flow meter sensor and throttle position.
2. Remove the air inlet connected to the throttle assembly.
3. Remove the accelerator cable.
4. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose and the vacuum hose of the vacuum brake booster.
5. Disconnect the vacuum hose connections.
6. Remove the support of the air chamber.
7. Remove the air chamber and gasket.
8. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the fuel injector.
9. Remove the fuel line to the fuel injectors.

A warning

Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when removing fuel line.


10. Remove the insulator from the intake manifold and remove the heater hose.
11. Remove the intake manifold.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the airbag for defects or cracks.
2. Inspect the intake manifold for damage or cracking of any part.
3. Check the air pipe for damage or cracking of any part.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the fuel line with a fixed thereto fuel injectors.

A warning

Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when removing fuel line.


2. Check that the isolators are properly inserted into the holes of the fuel line.
