Flywheel



1 - a ring gear;
2 - a flywheel;
3 - a bolt, 130-140 N ??? m;
4 - drive plate;
5 - an adjusting plate;
6 - bolt 130-140 N ??? m;
7 - adjusting plate.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox and clutch.
2. Remove the bolts and remove the flywheel. If the car has an automatic transmission, remove the drive plate. When releasing the flywheel lock bolts from turning.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the condition of the surface of the flywheel contacting the clutch disc. If there is a significant deterioration replace the flywheel.
2. Check flywheel runout surface in contact with the clutch plate.

Heartbeat: 0.1 mm

3. Check the condition of the flywheel for damage and wear and replace it if necessary.

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Install the flywheel or the drive plate to the crankshaft. The special tool, lock the flywheel from turning and tighten the flywheel bolts.

Torque: 130-140 N ??? m
