Vacuum brake booster



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the brake pipes from the master cylinder.
  1. Remove the brake master cylinder. Torque: 8.12 N ??? m.
  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum brake booster.
  2. In the car, remove the spring pin and remove the pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
  3. Remove the four nuts of the vacuum brake booster.
  1. Remove the vacuum brake booster.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. When installing the brake servo, remove the two sides of the amplifier transport packaging.
  2. Install a vacuum brake booster with a new seal on the bulkhead and secure with four nuts. Torque: 13-16 N ??? m.
  3. Apply a layer of grease on the mounting hole in the brake pedal.
  1. Connect traction brake pedal and set the pin with a head and an aperture under the pin and secure it with a new spring cotter pin.
  1. Install the brake master cylinder to the brake servo and secure the nuts. Connect the brake pipes and tighten the nuts connecting tubes.
  2. From the engine compartment, connect the vacuum hose to the brake servo.
  3. Fill popolnitelny tank of brake system with brake fluid. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.
  4. Check the brake fluid leaks.
  1. Check and, if necessary, adjust the height of installation of a pedal and brake pedal free wheeling.
  1. After installation, lubricate the contact point of the brake pedal and pull.
