Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Fix the clamps lifting mechanism for the eye and lift the engine so that the engine weight was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.

  1. Remove the engine mounting bolts.
  1. Remove the engine support from engine.
  1. On cars with manual gearbox Remove the gear shift lever.
  1. Remove the bolt transmission.
  1. Unlock the right wheel arch. Remove the bracket bolts gearbox.
  1. Remove the transmission bracket.
  1. Remove the upper and lower mounting bolts the front engine mounts. Remove the front engine support.
  1. Remove the bolt and remove the back support of the engine to the bottom of the frame.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make sure that the roll stopper is correctly installed in the sleeve, and does not move in it.
  1. Install the roller retainer.
  1. Set at a certain angle the front engine mounting.

Cars with automatic transmission: 30 ?� 3 ?�
Vehicles with manual gearbox: 14 ?� 3 ?�

  1. Set at a certain angle the back support of the engine.

Cars with automatic transmission: 33 ?� 3 ?�
Vehicles with manual gearbox: 20 ?� 3 ?�

Installation sleeve

  • The front and rear sub-frame bushings should be targeted.
  • Be sure to install the hub in the correct position.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On the upper side of the front and rear cross members are two arrows, determine the position of the sleeves.
  1. When installing the plugs into the slots on the crossbars align the arrow with the direction of the lateral bushing elements.

Make sure that the sleeves are arranged in parallel side members cross. Make sure that the direction of fitting sleeves does not deviate by more than ?� 3 ?� from the side member.
