Intake manifold



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the engine cover.
  1. Remove the air inlet connected to the throttle assembly.
  2. Remove the accelerator cable.
  3. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose and the vacuum hose of the vacuum brake booster.
  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose connections and connectors from the meter air flow sensor and throttle position.
  1. Relieve pressure in the fuel system, and disconnect the fuel high-pressure hose.
  2. Remove the bolts from the intake manifold.
  3. Remove the intake manifold and gasket.
  4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the fuel injector.
  5. Remove the fuel line to the fuel injectors.

Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when removing fuel line.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the air chamber in the absence of defects or cracks.
  2. Check intake manifold for damage or cracking of any part.
  3. Check the air pipe for damage or cracking of any part.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install the intake manifold with a new gasket.
  2. Install the fuel line with a fixed thereto fuel injectors.

Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when installing the fuel line.

  1. Connect the wiring harness connector to the fuel injectors.
  2. Install the intake manifold support.
  3. Connect the fuel high-pressure hose.
  4. Install the crankcase ventilation hose and the vacuum hose of the vacuum brake booster.
  5. Install the air inlet connected to the throttle assembly.
  6. Install the accelerator cable.
  7. Plug connectors for sensors Air flow meter and throttle position.
