Withdrawal
Remove the brake light switch.
Remove the cotter pin and remove the earrings finger thrust.

Remove the nuts brake pedal bracket (Fig. 6.16).
Remove the bracket with the brake pedal.

Check
Rate wear sleeves pedal.
Check for any deformation of the pedal.
Check the return spring.
Check the brake light switch.

Measure the resistance between terminal switch

Use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance between the terminals of the switch (Fig. 6.17).
If pressing plunger switch open circuit (infinite resistance), and is released when the pusher is (zero resistance) - switch to normal.

Setting
Installation is in the reverse order.

NOTE
Do not forget to lock the finger cotter pin earrings.

Tighten the nuts pedal bracket regulated torque 13-16 Nm.
Adjust the height of installation of a pedal and its free stroke.
Install the brake light switch.
