Removing and installing brake servo
Withdrawal Disconnect the brake line from the brake master cylinder.

ATTENTION If you get brake fluid on the painted surface, wipe up spills immediately. |
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake servo. Disconnect the brake booster pushrod from the brake pedal.

Lift the vacuum brake booster assembly and remove it.
Setting Before installing the brake booster assembly check the condition of both gaskets its mounting bracket, if necessary, replace the gaskets. Install the brake servo and tighten the nuts. Tightening torque: 13-16 Nm. Apply enough grease into the hole of the lever of the brake pedal (the place of installation of the pin).
Plug the pushrod to the brake pedal arm by a pin with a hole for the cotter pin and lock pin (Fig. 6.12). Install the brake master cylinder. and connect it to a brake tube. Connect the vacuum hose to the brake servo. Fill the brake fluid reservoir hydraulic brakes. Make sure there is no leakage of brake fluid. Check and adjust the position of the brake pedal.
After installing the components, apply a sufficient amount of grease at the contact forks and brake pedal pusher (Fig. 6.13).
