PERFORMANCE ORDER | Dismantling the pump spend in the sequence shown in the figure, taking into account the following. In the event of failure of any component must be replaced the entire unit of the oil pump. | A warning When assembling the new gasket should be, and O-rings.

PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Clean all pump parts with an appropriate solvent. | 2. If there are any damaged parts of the pump, replace the pump assembly. | 3. If the pulley is damaged or deformed, replace it. | 4. If there is fluid leakage around the O-ring, replace it. | 5. If damaged or worn, or pulley shaft splines, replace the affected parts. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Assemblage is spent to sequences, return shown on drawing, taking into account the following. | 2. Apply a thin layer of liquid ATF DEXRON II All replaced parts, including the oil seal and O-ring. |
