Quick couplings



Disconnect coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the coupling tool so that he went into the hole in the housing to release the spring ring.
2. Enter the tool into the hole for the release of the body of the female part of the snap ring.
3. Slide the male and female parts to separate them from each other.
4. Remove the tool disconnect coupling with a spring lock.

Connection coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the coupling for the spring ring and the extent of damage and remove the damaged ring using a wire hook. In the case of missing or damaged, install a new ring ring.
2. Clean the parts of the coupling.
3. Install new O-ring.
4. Use only the specified ring. Grease with pure cooling oil.
5. Assemble the parts together by pushing them into each other by twisting slightly.
6. In order to ensure that the connection coupling, visually check that the snap ring is above the flared end of the female part.
