The two-regime relay of pressure

This relay is set to a high-pressure pipeline input channel drier expansion tank and serves as the low pressure and high pressure.

Working low pressure switch

Refrigerant pressure above 2,25 ? 0,2 kg / cm 2.

In this case, the refrigerant pressure becomes higher than the counteracting spring (A), so the mechanical diaphragm is deformed and the movable contact point moves to the right.

At this point, the contact point (I) is closed, ie. E. Has turned ON, and operates the magnetic coupling of the compressor.

Refrigerant pressure below 2,0 ? 0,2 kg / cm 2.

The action of the spring becomes greater than the pressure of the refrigerant, the contact point (I) is opened, and a state of OFF.

Work high pressure

Refrigerant pressure above 32,2 ? 0,2 kg / cm 2.

In this case, the refrigerant pressure becomes higher than the counter spring And so mechanical diaphragm is deformed and displaced to the right pin.

At this point, the contact point (II) is opened, thereby a state of OFF and the magnetic coupling is closed, ie,, a state of ON.

Refrigerant pressure below 2,0 ? 0,2 kg / cm 2.

The pressure metal diaphragm becomes higher than the pressure of the refrigerant, so the diaphragm returns to its original shape, the contact point (II) is closed, and a state of OFF.
