A warning

It is enough to warm up the engine.


MAIN FAN MOTOR WORKS IN MAIN FAN off switch.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Disconnect the switch connector main fan, switch on the ignition and check whether the motor of the basic fan. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the switch of the basic fan.
2 Switch off the ignition and disconnect the terminal resistor. Then turn on the ignition and check whether the motor of the basic fan. Yes Check the harness between the electric motor of the basic fan and resistor.
No Check the harness between main fan switch and resistor.

MAIN MOTOR FAN does not work when the switch is turned MAIN FAN.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Check the fuse (30 A) of the main fan. Yes Go to the next step.
No Replace the fuse.
2 Turn the ignition switch and check to see if 12 V voltage between the main motor of the fan (R) and pin (B). Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the harness between the fuse and the electric motor of the basic fan.
3 Check to see if the voltage 12 between the motor main fan (B) and the track (R). Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the main motor of the fan.
4 Check to see if 12V voltage on pin (B) of the resistor. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the harness between the electric motor of the basic fan and resistor.
5 Check to see if 12V voltage on pin (LW) switch connector main fan. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the switch of the basic fan.

MAIN MOTOR FAN does not work in MAIN FAN SWITCH IN POSITION 1.

STAGE

ACT
1 Turn the ignition switch and check to see if 12 In pressure on contact (L) of the resistor. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check resistor and replace if necessary.
2 Check to see if 12V voltage on pin (BL) switch of the basic fan. Yes Check the switch of the basic fan.
No Check the harness between the resistor and the switch of the basic fan.

MAIN MOTOR FAN does not work in MAIN FAN SWITCH IN POSITION 2.

ACT
1 Turn the ignition switch and check to see if 12 In pressure on contact (LB) terminal resistor. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check resistor.
2 Check to see if the voltage at the 12 contact (LG) switch of the basic fan. Yes Check the switch of the basic fan.
No Check the harness between the resistor and the switch of the basic fan.

MAIN FAN MOTOR DOES NOT WORK with switch MAIN FAN IN POSITION 3.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Turn the ignition switch and check to see if 12 In pressure on contact (WB) terminal resistor. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check resistor.
2 Check to see if 12V voltage on pin (LQ) switch of the basic fan. Yes Check the switch of the basic fan.
No Check the harness between the resistor and the switch of the basic fan.

MAIN FAN MOTOR DOES NOT WORK with switch MAIN FAN IN POSITION 4.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Turn the ignition switch and check to see if 12 In pressure on contact (WB) resistor. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check resistor.
2 Check to see if the voltage at the 12 contact (LG) switch of the basic fan. Yes Check the switch of the basic fan.
No Check the harness between the resistor and the switch of the basic fan.

CLOSED DRIVE CHANGE mode (not deflect the flow through the grille panel).

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Ignition switch: OFF. Disconnect the wiring harness from the control unit. -
2 Check whether the drive is feeding 12 to the contacts in the contact list and D, as well as to see if the direction of his work in reverse when the polarity of the power supply.
Yes Go to step 4.
No Go to the next step.
3 Disconnect and check the drive mode change. Yes Check the harness between the drives.
No Replace drive.
4 Check the harness between the terminals G, C, A, H, F drive mode change and drive. Yes Check the control unit.
No Repair the wiring harness.

Do not mix cold and warm air.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Turn off the ignition switch and disconnect the wiring harness of the control unit. -
2 Check whether the drive by connecting contact (D) and to the terminal (N) to 12 V.
Yes Go to step 4.
No Go to the next step.
3 Remove the drive and complete the checkout. Yes Check the wiring between the drives.
No Replace drive.
4 Check the resistance between the contacts (C) and (F) in positions MAX. COLD and MAX. HEAT. Then check whether the more than 5 ohms resistance in the difference between the positions of max. COLD and MAX. HEAT. Yes Repair the wiring.
No

CLOSED VENT recirculation / fresh air.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Turn off the ignition switch and disconnect the wiring harness of the control unit, -
2 Serve. 12 a contact (A) and check the directions of the leaf by grounding contact (D) or (C)
Yes Go to step 4.
No Go to the next step.
3 Remove and inspect the drive flap recycle / fresh air. Yes Check the harness between the drives.
No Replace drive.
4 Check it with a serviceable control unit and, if it is working properly, replace the original control unit. Yes Check drive mixing.
No Repair the wiring harness.

CLOSED compressor when the circuit breaker of the air conditioner.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Check the fuse (15 A). Yes Go to the next step.
No Replace the fuse.
2 Turn the ignition switch and check the voltage between the pin (E) of the air conditioner and the relay contact (E) connected to the wiring harness of the car. Yes Go to the next step.
No Repair the wiring harness. (Fuse - switch the air conditioner)
3 Check the voltage between the pin (B) of the air conditioner and the relay contact (B) connected to the wiring harness of the car. Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the switch of the air conditioner.
4 Turn the ignition switch and check the continuity between the terminals (A) and (B). Yes Check the compressor.
No Replace the relay.

CLOSED condenser fan.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Turn the ignition switch and the switch of the basic fan of the air conditioner. Equal to the voltage between the terminal (+) of the fan motor and the "weight" of approx. 12B? Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the harness between the air conditioner switch and fan.
2 Check to see if the voltage between the terminal (-) of the fan motor and the "weight" of approx. 12? Yes Check the grounding of the fan motor.
No Check condenser fan motor.

CLOSED compressor.

STAGE
CHECK
ACT
1 Turn on the ignition switch, turn the main switch of the fan, and then turn on the air conditioner. Equal to the voltage between the pin (B) the pressure switch and "weight" of approx. 12? Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the contact (B) between the relay and the air conditioner pressure switch.
2 Equal to the voltage between the terminal (A) of the pressure switch and "weight" of approx. 12? Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the pressure switch.
3 Is the voltage equal to harness the compressor approx. 12? Yes Go to the next step.
No Check the wire between the relay and the air conditioner compressor.
4 Check the magnetic clutch of the compressor. No Check the refrigerant.
