Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. adaptation OK201 170 AA0 support the engine. 2. Lift the front of the car and fix on supports. 3. Remove the wheel. 4. Disconnect the draft of the stabilizer of the stabilizer bar. 5. Remove the nut and remove the rod stabilizer bar on the front strut suspension. 6. Remove the mounting brackets stabilizer bar .. 7. Remove the bolts of the front plate to protect the engine. 8. Lower the front of the plate to protect the engine so that it was possible to remove the stabilizer. 9. Remove the anti-roll bar.

Check

Check the following places and restore or replace if necessary details:

- Worn or damaged rubber plugs;
- Presence of deformation or cracking of the stabilizer.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the stabilizer bushing according to the adjusting labels put on the stabilizer. 2. Place stabilizer behind the plate protecting the engine. 3. Lift the front of the plate to protect the engine and fix its bolts and nuts. Torque: Bolts: 65-90 N ??? m Nuts: 39-52 N ??? m 4. Install the mounting brackets of the stabilizer and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. Torque: 36-56 N ??? m 5. Install the stabilizer rod brackets and fix their nuts. Torque: 43-60 N ??? m 6. Set the draft of the stabilizer to the stabilizer and fix their nuts. Torque: 43-60 N ??? m A warning Tighten the nuts of the stabilizer rods demanded moment after car installation on wheels (under load). 7. Install the wheel. 8. Lower the vehicle. 9. Remove the adaptation OK201 170 AA0A supporting the engine.
