Strut front suspension



Strut front suspension

1 - a nut;
2 - a nut of fastening of draft anti-roll bar;
3 - mounting clamp brake hose;
4 - Front MacPherson;
5 - pull the stabilizer bar;
6 - a bolt;
7 - a nut.

Strut front suspension

1 - a cover;
2 - a nut;
3 - the support plate;
4 - the top support of a rack;
5 - the bearing pillar;
6 - the upper spring seat;
7 - the top lining of a spring;
8 - buffer;
9 - coil spring;
10 - Front MacPherson.

Withdrawal

Lift the front of the car and fix on supports.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the clamp fastening of a brake hose to the strut front suspension.
2. Disconnect the brake hose and ABS sensor wire from the strut bracket.
3. Remove the nut rod stabilizer bar to the bar front suspension.
4. Remove the hinge rod stabilizer bar on the front axle.
5. Remove the nuts and remove the bolts strut front suspension to the steering knuckle.
6. Remove the nuts securing the top of the front suspension to the body.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Secure the rack in a vice.

A warning

Close the jaws plates from soft matter


2. Loosen the lock nut for two or three turns.

A warning

Do not remove the nuts completely.


3. Special adaptation OK2A1 341 001A compress a spring strut front suspension.
4. Remove the retaining nut and remove the washer.
5. Remove the top support strut front suspension.
6. Remove the bearing from the shaft damper.
7. Remove the upper spring seat, the top lining of a spring and a coil spring.
8. Remove the palm with shock-absorber rod.

A warning

When replacing the spring gently loosen the adaptation for spring compression.

Dilute grips fit enough to freely set a new spring in the device at the same position in which the spring was filmed. Squeezing device gently squeeze the new spring.


9. Before reassembling, check the condition of parts of the rack.

Check

Check the following places and restore or replace if necessary details:

- Leakage of fluid or noise from the rack MacPherson;
- Wear or damage to the top support of a rack;
- Damage or large bearing play.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the shock absorber rod buffer.
2. Install the coil spring, setting the lower end of the spring into the recess.
3. Install the upper spring seat.
4. Install the top support of a rack to its original position.
5. Install the backing plate.
6. Set the washer and lock nut shaft and tighten it slightly.
7. Remove special adaptation OK2A1 341 001A to compress the spring.

A warning

Check that the coil spring is correctly placed in the top and bottom slots.


8. Close the jaws of a vice plates from a soft material and secure the top support of a rack in a vice. Tighten the lock nut shaft torque.

Torque: 55-68 N ??? m

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the rack to the base plate under the front wheel arch.
2. Establish the top support of a rack in place in the body and secure with nuts.

Torque: 46-63 N ??? m

3. Install the knuckle to the bottom of the rack and fix two bolts and nuts.

Torque: 103-123 N ??? m

4. Establish draft stabilizer bar on the bracket and secure the nut.

Torque: 46-60,8 N ??? m

5. Install the brake hose bracket and ABS sensor wire and secure the clamp.
