The convergence of the front wheels
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Lift the front of the vehicle so that the front wheel lifted off the ground slightly. | 2. Manually turn the wheel and draw a line down the middle of the tires. | 3. Establish forward wheels for movement directly forward and lower the car. | | 4. Measure the distance between the lines carried out from the front and rear wheels. Both distances must be measured at the same distance from the ground. The distance between the wheels of the rear portion must be greater than the front part 4 ? 3 mm. |

Adjustment
If the convergence does not correspond to the desired value, loosen the lock nut left and right tips of steering drafts, and then rotating the rod, set the desired angle. Tighten the lock nut. A warning The left and right tips of steering drafts have the right thread. To reduce the convergence necessary to rotate the right and left tie rods, wrenching them from the tips of steering drafts and vice versa.
One full turn of both connecting rods changes the positive convergence approximately 6 mm. Perhaps one will have to rotate the tie rod more than the other to achieve the desired angle of the toe, while maintaining the positioning of the steering wheel.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | | Tighten the locknuts tips of steering drafts. Torque: 34-50 N ??? m |
