Lower arm front suspension 1 - a bolt; 2 - a nut; 3 - the plug; | 4 - the lower arm; 5 - Longitudinal traction. |
Withdrawal PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Lift the front of the car and fix on supports. | 2. Remove the wheel. | | 3. Remove the bolt of the trailing arm bracket to the body. | 4. Remove the two nuts securing the trailing arm to the lower arm. | 5. Remove the trailing arm to the lower arm and remove the front sleeve and washer. | 6. Remove the nut and remove the bolt pin of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist. Separate the joint of the lower arm of the swing arm. | | 7. Remove the nut, remove the bolt and separate the inside of the lower arm of the bracket body. |

Check
Check the following places and restore or replace if necessary details:
- Presence of deformation or cracks in the lower arm; - Worn or damaged rubber plugs; - Does not meet the desired value turning point trunnion ball joint of the lower arm. Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Attach the ball joint in a vise. Set on a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever special adaptation OK130 322 020, hook it over the load cell and measure the turning point of the stud. The moment of turning the ball joint stud: 1.0-3.5 N ??? m The moment on the scale of the unit: H 10-35 | 2. Install the inner part of the arm into the bracket body, and fix a bolt and nut, tightening them by hand. | 3. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist and fix a bolt and nut. Torque: 54-68 N ??? m | 4. Tighten the bolt of the inside of the lower arm to the bracket body. Torque: 118-147 N ??? m | 5. Install a longitudinal traction on the lower arm and fasten the two nuts. | 6. Secure the front part of the longitudinal traction on the body. Torque: 118-147 N ??? m |
