Adjust the clutch pedal



Height of installation of a pedal of coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Measure the distance from the front surface of the pedal to the carpet.

Height of installation of a pedal of coupling: 199-207 mm

2. If necessary, adjust the height of installation of a pedal of coupling.
3. Loosen the lock nut A and turn adjustment screw B, set the desired height of the installation of the clutch pedal.
4. Tighten the lock nut A.

Torque: 14-18 N ??? m

5. After adjusting the height of installation of a pedal of coupling, check the amount of pedal free travel.

Free travel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A hand press the clutch pedal before occurrence of notable resistance and measure free wheeling size.
2. If necessary, adjust the clutch pedal free wheeling.

Free travel: 3.0-5.0 mm

3. Loosen the lock nut C and rotating pusher D, adjust a free wheeling clutch pedal.
4. Check the supply of the clutch pedal (from the front of the pedal to the carpet).

Cruising the clutch pedal: 50.6 mm

5. Tighten the lock nut A.

Torque: 12-17 N ??? m

5. After the adjustment, check the mounting height of the clutch pedal.
