Repair of the working cylinder of coupling

Clutch slave cylinder

1 - pusher;
2 - a cover of the working cylinder of coupling;
3 - the piston;
4 - spring;

5 - bleeder screw cap;
6 - bleeder valve;
7 - steel ball;
8 - the case of the clutch slave cylinder

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the cover of the working cylinder of coupling and a pusher.
	2. Remove the piston and the sealing ring (cuff), submitting compressed air through the hole to connect a hydraulic tube.

Assembly

A warning

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Before assembly, make sure all parts completely clean.

Before assemblage grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston sealing ring (cuff) and diameter of the cylinder bore.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a spring, piston, cylinder cover and push the clutch in the housing bore.

2. Place the plunger.
