Bleeding the hydraulic clutch



Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.


A warning

The liquid in the additional tank braking system must be maintained at 3/4 or higher in the course of pumping.

During air removal add only the pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer. The fluid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves a paint and plastic, therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash it with plenty of water.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove the seven screws and remove the mudguard of a motor compartment.
3. Remove the cap from the bleeder, and connect to it a hose.

4. Place the other end of the hose in a glass container of sufficient volume.
5. Slowly press the clutch pedal several times.
6. While pressing the clutch pedal, loosen the bleeder valve and release the air from the hydraulic system.
7. Tighten the bleeder valve and release the clutch pedal.
8. Repeat steps 5-6 until the until the brake liquid without air bubbles.
9. Check the operation of the clutch.

10. Screw the cap on the bleeder valve.

11. Install the mudguard of a motor compartment and secure it with seven screws.
12. Lower the car.
