Clutch slave cylinder




A warning

As the liquid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves a paint, substitute for liquid gathering the suitable container.

If the liquid gets on the paint of the car wash it with plenty of water.

After disconnecting the clutch hydraulic tube, close the tube, in order to avoid the loss of brake fluid.


Clutch slave cylinder

1 - hydraulic tubes;
2 - a bolt;
3 - the working cylinder of coupling

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove the seven screws and remove the mudguard of a motor compartment.
3. The special tool OK130430019 disconnect the tube from the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder.
4. Remove the two screws on the clutch slave cylinder and remove it.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the clutch slave cylinder.
2. Replace the two screws on the clutch slave cylinder.

The inhaling moment: 18,6-25,5 N ??? m

3. The special tool OK130430019 connect a hydraulic tube to the clutch slave cylinder.

The inhaling moment: 12,7-21,5 N ??? m

4. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
5. Check the brake fluid leak from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
6. Carry out road test the vehicle.
